Terms and Conditions – Tempo Traveller Booking

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a tempo traveller with us. These guidelines ensure a smooth and transparent travel experience.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining balance must be paid during the trip as agreed.
• Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made 48 hours prior to journey: 20% of booking amount will be charged.
• Cancellation within 48 hours: 100% of booking amount will be charged.
• No-show or early termination: No refund will be provided.

3. Usage & Travel Guidelines

• Vehicle will be provided as per the agreed itinerary.
• Changes in route or additional usage may result in extra charges.
• Kilometers will be calculated on a garage-to-garage basis.
• Extra kilometers beyond agreed limit will be charged additionally.

4. AC & Hill Travel Policy

• Air conditioning may not function effectively in hilly areas due to vehicle performance and safety reasons.

5. Passenger Responsibility

• Number of passengers must not exceed vehicle capacity.
• Any legal penalty due to overloading will be borne by the customer.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

6. Driver & Conduct Policy

• Drivers are professional and will follow safe driving practices.
• Misbehavior or abusive conduct towards the driver may result in trip termination without refund.

7. Route & Accessibility

• Driver will decide accessibility based on road conditions and safety.
• Vehicles will not be taken to restricted, unsafe, or no-entry zones.
• Guests cannot force the driver to drive in unsafe conditions.

8. Delays & External Factors

• We are not responsible for delays caused due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or government restrictions.

9. Documentation

• A signed copy of booking confirmation or voucher may be required at the start of the journey.

10. Additional Charges

• Toll tax, parking, and state taxes are extra unless specified.
• Driver night allowance may apply for overnight journeys.

11. Service Coverage

Our tempo traveller services are available across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Ghaziabad for local and outstation travel.
