TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Any Cancellation 48 hrs. prior to arrival will attract 20% of the booking amount
as retention charges.
2. Any cancellations beyond 48 hrs of arrival will attract 100% of the booking
amount as retention charges.
3. Any No Show or early departure will attract 100% retention charges.
4. A/c will be switched of during the hills.
5. 50% Advance Payment should be provided to the driver at the time of
depature and balance payment should be paid during the tour.
6. Kindly note the K.M. reading when the your tour begins. We will be not
responsible if the limit provided to you is completed.extra K.M. will be chargd
above the limit provided during the tour
7. A copy of theis voucher should be provided to the driver duly signed by ou at
the beginning of the tour.
8. The number of guest travelling in the vehicle is limited if any number of person
exceeds from the number of person previously disclosed any kind of challan
the guest will be liable for the same.
9. Any kind of misbehave or abusive language with the driver will be liable for
termination of the tour and the vehicle will be returned back without prior
10. Vehicle can be only taken to the places at no entry, congested road or where
vehicle is not allowed to travel. This is sole responsibility of the driver to take
the vehicle to those places. If at any place the vehicle can not be taken guest
can not force the driver to take the vehicle to that place.
K.M. Reading will be calculated from garage to garage.
